Divya Yost Potdar

Divya Yost Potdar has a passion for helping those who have been harmed, receive justice and compensation, and that is why she started Diva Law, LLC. Ms. Potdar is a zealous litigator and tenacious advocate for her clients. She has tried over a hundred cases throughout the State of Maryland and is not afraid to go to battle for her clients. Through her experience and diligence, Ms. Potdar has helped recover millions for her clients.

Striving to stay on the cutting edge of legal knowledge, she is an active member of several legal organizations and participates in various educational seminars. Ms. Potdar serves on the Board of Governors for the Maryland Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. In addition, she has held numerous leadership roles in the Bar Association for Baltimore City and the Maryland State Bar Association. Ms. Potdar frequently represents the interests of Baltimore City and Maryland lawyers at state and national conferences. 

Ms. Potdar’s commitment to the Baltimore legal community was recognized by the Bar Association of Baltimore City when she was given the President’s Award in 2014 and the Young Lawyers Division Sustained Leadership Award in 2020. The Daily Record named her in the 2018 VIP List of Marylanders who are successful by 40, and recognized her as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women in 2021. Ms. Potdar has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2016. She has also been named one of the Top 40 Litigation Lawyers Under 40 in the State of Maryland by the American Society of Legal Advocates, was ranked Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, and most recently received the honor of being named one of America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys in 2021.

Ms. Potdar is admitted to the Bar of the State of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Potdar graduated cum laude from Towson University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. A native of India, she is fluent in four languages.

Laqueisha “LC” Polk

Mrs. Polk brings over fifteen years of personal injury experience to our office.  She is the first line of defense for our clients.  She works hard to put our clients’ minds at ease by alleviating the stressors that come with being involved in sudden and unexpected traumatic events.  She is dedicated and compassionate and takes joy in providing quality service for each of our clients.

Mrs. Polk helps clients with property damage issues, initiates claims with insurance companies, and assists them through the preliminary investigation of claims.  She also helps our clients complete documents required by automobile and health insurance carriers.  She gathers medical records, bills, liens, police reports, and other documentation on behalf of clients.  

Mrs. Polk strives to remain up to date on new laws and statutes through her membership with the Maryland Association for Justice.  In her free time, Mrs. Polk enjoys spending time with her husband who is currently enlisted in the U.S. Navy as well as her family, friends, and dog, Bella.  

Della Rodgers

Mrs. Rodgers is the friendly and kind face of the office that happily greets everyone that enters. She has over thirteen years of experience working in the field of personal injury and assists in several aspects of our clients’ cases.

Mrs. Rodgers is committed to assisting the paralegals and attorneys with establishing new client files, corresponding with insurance companies and medical providers, and handling first party claims.  Prior to gaining experience in personal injury law firms, she worked in the medical field. 

When Mrs. Rodgers is not working at Diva Law, she enjoys meditation, yoga, church activities, gardening, and spending time with her husband and Shih Tzu, Sunshine.

Brunello “Bruno” Potdar

Bruno is the first of our team to warmly and animatedly greet every individual that walks through the door. As a certified therapy dog, Bruno offers hugs, kisses, and wags, and melts hearts of opposing counsel. The mini chocolate labradoodle packs a mighty punch when embracing clients, neighbors, and vendors. Bruno received his training and education from a well reputed facility in Virginia. He also regularly attends continuing education classes with his trainer in Elkridge, Maryland.
